# Plans and trial

How TradeSurge plans will work, with plans sized by how many accounts you run.

TradeSurge plans will be built around one question: how many accounts do you run. Every plan will start with a full-feature trial. The free tools stay free for everyone.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Coming soon.** TradeSurge is free during alpha. Prices will be announced before billing starts.
{% endhint %}

## Plans scale with your accounts

Each plan will set how many accounts you can connect and how much of the advanced workflow you can use. Larger plans will add deeper backtest history, more automation capacity and more venues. Plan limits may change before launch.

## Start with a full-feature trial

The trial will unlock the full product for a short period, so you can run it on your own accounts before you pay.

## The free tools stay free

Connected accounts, the Terminal, Strategies and Backtesting will be part of a paid plan. The Eval Simulator, calculators and prop-firm directory stay free.

## If a plan lapses

TradeSurge will not close your positions if a plan lapses. You keep the ability to manage and exit your trades.

## Payments

Billing will run through Stripe. TradeSurge never handles your card details.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.tradesurge.co/account-and-billing/account-and-billing.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
